Piazza Italian Kitchen Nieuwvliet has opened her restaurant in may 2019 and is located at a 5***** campsite in Nieuwvliet-Bad (The Netherlands). The restaurant is located in a brand new center building with an authentic Italian menu.

To strengthen our team we are looking for motivated and professional pizzaioli.

We are open to welcome two persons who can carry out pizzaiolo activities and/or other activities. However, it is also possible to come as couple of whom one person will work as Pizzaiolo and the other will do another kind of work within our company. Think about kitchen work, serving food and drinks, doing the dishes or cleaning (in the kitchen, restaurant or rental accommodations) etc. We are open to possibilities. Job description :

In May 2019, Zonneweelde has opened a new center building with an authentic Italian restaurant, that offers Italian wood-fired pizza’s, pasta’s, anti-pastis, salads and desserts. Our mission is to bring tasty meals, made with fresh and quality products, on the guests’ tables. The pizza dough is freshly made in the pizza room and in the kitchen there is a special pizza part where you as pizzaiolo will make pizza’s in the Fornitalia pizzaoven. This is a gas oven with a wood fired function.

We have opted for an open kitchen so that guests can see how the dishes are prepared. With this we would like to respond to the guest’ experience in an Italian way. For this reason, you as Pizzaiolo will respond to this experience. Moreover, besides making dough, cooking and preparing meals, there is room to think about creating (new) recipes, which means that you can introduce recipes yourself.

Requirements:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic chefs who:

• have professional kitchen experience; preferably a pizzaiolo diploma / certificate
• have experience working with wood fired ovens
• have experience with making fresh self-made dough
• attach great importance to teamwork and quality
• would like to think about new recipes
• are serious, driven and flexible
• are able to work under pressure
